The Spirit Grille has been serving Las Colinas since 1995, and these photos takes us back to opening day, when Jean and Jerry Kelley and their son first welcomed guests to what would become a local favorite.

By 1999, the Kelley family had taken full ownership, building a legacy of great food, drinks, and community.

Thirty years later, The Spirit Grille remains the same friendly neighborhood spot, where familiar faces return, new friendships begin, and everyone feels right at home.
